The Use and Maintenance of Wooden Floor

1. No steps on the suspended installation floor after its completion within 24h. Take humidification measures when the indoor relative humidity under 40%.
2. Keep the floor dry and clean. Avoid contacting with large amounts of water. No acid or organic solvents. Watch out of the water seeping from window sill or toilet. Detecting the temperature and humidity, ventilating the room every two days when it is unoccupied.
3. Avoid direct sunlight. No heavy knocking or sharp objects scratching the floor surface. Please attach cushions on the bottom of tables and chairs. HomeFurnishing should be carefully raised when moving.

Specification for Preparation and Paving of Geothermal Wooden Floor

1.Before paving，please open the heating system for 15 days to keep the floor dry. Set the heating water temperature according to this: First day :15℃, secondday: 25℃, third day: 30℃, fourth days: raised to the normal temperature of 45℃. Caution: Raise the temperature directly to the highest temperature could cause cracking and loosing of the thermal insulation mortar layer. Open the heating system for 7 days then shut down for two days to cooling, then open for another 6 days before paving the floor.

2. The geothermal can be opened 48h later after the installation is completed. Set the geothermal temperature to the minimum when starting. Please warm slowly in order to avoid drastic change of temperature and humidity, which will cause damage of the wood floor.

3. Heat the geothermal system slowly according to the reference above. The temperature of the floor surface is strictly prohibited to exceed 30℃. Low temperature probe protection equipment must be installed. While annual opening, raise up the temperature 5℃ per day , keep the temperature of the surface touched with the wood floor more than 28℃.

4. No fixed decoration or no leg furniture on the wood floor, to prevent heat dissipation caused by uneven heating floor and deformation.

5. The drying will cause a certain degree of impact on the human skin and the laying of the floor and indoor wood products, it is recommended to turn on the humidification equipment.
